   Smart Telecom should stop advertising this service. this one is FAKE! according to Consumer group Consumer Complaints Center, Inc. has filed a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) against Smart Communications. Inc.’s promo “Smartalk,” calling it “deceptive” and “confusing,” Consumer Complaints Center President Vicente F. Gambito said his group has ben receiving complaints about smartalk on the supposed poor service of the unlimited voice call promo smartalk. Mr. Gambito claimed the service bogged down during the first two weeks of implementation of smartalk, and that the *6400 service was unavailable for reasons such as the “phone was unattended” or “phone is outside of the coverage area”, but a connection could be made to an non Smartalk number using a regular call without the use of the prefix *6400 of smartalk. Also, attempts to subscribe to Smartalk during the period only resulted in receiving delayed messages saying the promo was unavailable at the time the registration was made.

   this SMARTTALK is rip-off!!!! completeley..i have never been so upset in a service than with what i am experiencing now with decieving SMART telecommunications!~ i registered to unlicall and i have an existing alltext20 combo. a first, when i dialled the *6400 plus the 11 digit num of my bf, it rang,,,i did that twice..after an hour when i tried to call again using the same procedure i hear “your number cannot be completed as dialled” i said, “huh? how come its the same number..” i tried dialling number manually, did it with my other friends but it gave me the same response..this morning i even recieved messages from smart that the numbers that i dialled were invalid. i had someone tried it double or triple check the numbers to make sure that we dialled the nums correctly but same responses were recieved. i did not change any settings in my phone. i tried to use three different phones, still it did not work. So, i was thingking that probably the combo and the unlicall cannot be done at the same time..so i consumed my alltextcombo, loaded regular load, did the same procedure for the unlicall, i tried to make a regular call but both did not work…i am totally pissed off…SMART communications does not even give a free customer service so i need to make a regular call where i have to use extra just be assisted just to use what i paid for? give me a break!!!! i will totally bad mouth Smart for doing this to me. i have been a customer for ages.this is totally a hiway robbery!!!!

   oo tama ung last year na comment now it happens to me maday kayong smart kayo unavalable din pag naregister ako bwist kayo pag lumindol kayo una magiba bwiset nassayang load ko sainyo.

   pag nagregister ako plus 100 ayaw magregister ano problema ng network nyo bakit hindi kayo maglabas advisory at gusto nyo pa ng ganitong blog maglabasan ng baho bwiset nanahimik na sana ako di na me naktiis puro na me bigay bad trip na ako sa inyo smarrrrrrrrrrrrrrt
